Well, ladies & gentlemen, this is my first post. The first of what will be many very informative ones for you, I hope. I hope that through this blog, we can all learn a lot about being healthy & fit, in a common sense way. I will strive to give you the most up to date information available on a wide variety of subjects. I will include in this blog articles on healthy lifestyles, exercise & fitness, weight loss, nutrition & recipes. I will review fitness & weight loss stratagies/products & give you my opinion on them. I will always appreciate your feedback, positive or negative. A little about me. I'm 61 years old & have never really followed a healthy lifestyle. I'm from South Louisiana & have always lived to eat, not ate to live. If you know anything about cajun cooking /food, you know that it is very rich & not the best diet for being healthy. I've been up & down with my weight all my life [ yo-yo] and I am now paying the price physically. I'm hoping that my research & blogging will not only help you, but also help me. We can learn together about healthy living & fitness.
